FAQs:

  • All shipping and payments are discrete
  • It takes 1-2 days to process your order, this is not included in the shipping time.
  • Not all products have faster/priority shipping options
  • Any custom or handcrafted products may take longer
  • We ship worldwide except for OFAC sanctioned countries (North Korea, etc), and countries that do not allow us to ship certain products to them (adult toys, etc)

Tax and Customs Fees / Import Fees

  • Tax is paid at checkout and/or later at customs – you will be contacted if you are required to pay customs/import fees

Package Tracking

  • Please contact us if you have not received tracking. It is sent a few days after sending your products.

Return Policy

  • No returns unless required by law. It is expensive to return items when we ship internationally – usually more than the cost of the product.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds unless there is a problem with your items, or you contact us to cancel your order and it is before we ship your order
  • No refunds for custom orders unless you contact us to cancel before your order is made
  • Refunds can be done when required by law
